Dr. Tony Leibowitz
Tony graduated from the University of Western Australia, with honours in 1992. After working at the Perth Dental Hospital, country WA, overseas and a private practice in Perth’s eastern suburbs, Tony commenced work at the City Beach Dental Centre in 1998, becoming a partner in 2003.
Tony is gentle, caring and very approachable. As a skilled professional, Tony has a passion for all areas of dentistry, with particular interest in the fields of prosthodontics and restorative dentistry. The basic foundation for his work is the provision of honest and educated options presented to his patients and allowing them to make the choice of treatment.
Tony is committed to keeping himself up to date with the latest evidence-based dentistry and technology through his passion of learning and continuing education. He aims to never stop learning and always continue to grow in his skills.
Away from the practice, Tony is kept busy helping his wife raise their two children, gardening, camping, swimming and cycling.
Dr. David Naimi-Akbar

David joins the team at City Beach Dental Centre having provided private dental services in Claremont and Wembley since 2009, when he moved to sunny Perth from the UK.
In the years following graduation in 2004 from King’s College London, he took up positions as a Senior House Officer, involving the teaching of undergraduate students, in the departments of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Conservative dentistry at Bristol Dental Hospital. During this time, he was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in London through examination.
With a background in surgical and restorative dentistry David completed a Master Clinician program in Implant Dentistry with the Global Institute for Dental Education, spending time in Sydney and Los Angeles learning from some of the best in the field. He keeps a keen eye on the advancing front of the profession and technology.
David has a caring, holistic approach to oral health as part of overall health and wellness. He strives to help patients achieve healthy oral environments, function and beautiful natural aesthetics. A kind, gentle approach, alongside involving patients in personalised care decisions and an understanding of preventive management will all aid in making your dental experience a positive one.
Whenever able, David loves travel and adventure in the great outdoors and is keen to challenge himself. He has been a regular on the soccer pitch since almost birth and enjoys a variety of team sports. Relaxation takes the form of fun and laughter with his partner Emma, their two young children Jemima and Benjamin and dog, Billy.
Dr. Jane Forma
Dentist BDSc (Hons) (UWA)
Born and raised in Perth, Dr Jane Forma graduated from UWA with a Bachelor of
Dental Science with Honours in 2013. She then completed a year of postgraduate
training at the Oral Health Centre of WA and has since worked in private practice, joining the team
at City Beach Dental Centre in 2018.
A former winemaker, Jane’s interest in dentistry stemmed from acid erosion and
tooth damage associated with wine tasting. She enjoys practising all aspects of
general dentistry, with a particular interest in biomimetic dentistry, and treating anxious patients.
As a mum, she also appreciates how critical it is for kids to have a great experience at the dentist, in order to build lifelong trust, and form good dental habits.
Jane’s passion for dentistry leads her to travel often, attending courses and conferences to keep updated on all the latest technologies. She is also a member of numerous study clubs. When not treating patients, you’ll find her in the ocean or her garden, or hunting down a good bottle of red.
Dr Alexandra Morgan
After growing up in Perth, Alex moved to the east coast for university and graduated from James Cook University in Cairns, Queensland. Having lived in Cairns, Townsville, and Tasmania, Alex moved back home to Western Australia, working in Bunbury.
Alex enjoys all areas of general dentistry and is dedicated to improving the dental experience for anxious patients. With a background working with children through netball coaching and swimming teaching, she is also committed to ensuring kids have a good experience at the dentist in order to promote good oral health for life, with prevention being key.
Away from the clinic, Alex enjoys playing sports including netball and volleyball, outdoor activities, reading novels and playing music.
